Maladu-The powder ladu
Ingredients:
Sugar- 300 gm
Ghee- 100gm
Odachakadalai- 250gm
Cardamom -5 in number
Cashew nut as you wish
Method:
Step 1:Break the cashew into small pieces and fry them in ghee.
Step 2:Grind the Odachakadalai and sugar seperately into fine powder.
Step 3:Slightly warm up the ghee and add the all the above ghee along with cardamom powder.
Step 4:Now make spheres with the above mixture and happy eating
